Can ITM repair a mold built by another company?
Yes. SLTP is specifically designed to support molds built by Chinese and other third-party manufacturers.
Will you contact the end customer?
Only when the manufacturer authorizes the communication workflow.
Can we send CAD files?
Yes, after the initial contact. The web form does not accept files or file links; ITM will agree a suitable exchange channel with you before technical documentation is shared.
Do you cover all of Europe?
The core capability is in Spain. Other European requests are reviewed before commitment.
